Introduction

Whether organising conferences, exhibitions, workshops, corporate meetings, or public events, structured planning helps manage resources, reduce risks, control budgets, and deliver positive experiences for participants and stakeholders.
This five-day course provides practical knowledge and tools for planning professional events from concept to completion. Participants will learn how to define objectives, develop event plans, manage budgets, coordinate suppliers, assess risks, and evaluate event outcomes through practical exercises and real-world event planning scenarios.
